Letters of Reference
Reference letters provide our firm with core comfort in order to meet Compliance regulations of Belize. Letters we require include but not limited to:

- Certified copy of valid Passport or
- Certified National ID Card (photo ID and data page)
- Original or certified copy of a Utility Bill (issued within last three months)
- Original Banker's Professional Reference Letter
- Original Accountant's Professional Reference Letter
- Original Attroney's Professional Reference Letter
Corporate Entity KYC
Corporate Entities , by their nature , provide a bigger KYC challanges. For this reason we require a large dataset as follows ;
- Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified copy of Memorandum
- Certified copy of Articles of Association or By-Laws
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Certificate of Incumbency confirming current Directors and Shareholders
Corporate Entity - Stakeholders
Regarding the Stakeholders of Corporate Entities , we require the following datasets .
- Certified copy of valid Passport or National ID Card of each of Director,
- Shareholder and Beneficial Owner
- Original or certified copy of a Utility Bill (issued within last three months) of each Director, Shareholder and Beneficial Owner
- Original Banker's / Attorney's / Accountant's
- Professional Reference Letter for each Director, Shareholder and Beneficial Owner
- Declaration Form from all Directors/Shareholders/Beneficiaries.
